4th Trimester Yoni Steam
Includes herbs for TWO (2) steams.
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 cup herbs with 1-2 quarts water. Cover, and bring to a quiet boil for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 7 minutes. Pour into bowl you have placed in clean toilet, on the floor, or under a squat chair. Test the heat with your hand before your thighs. Sit, covered up with a blanket or yoni steam skirt in socked feet. Relax for 7-17 minutes, release, and repeat with any herbs that are still warm.
INGREDIENTS: All wildcrafted or organically grown - red raspberry leaf, plantain, dandelion, comfrey, yarrow.
